We accept credit card payments, Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as Paypal. Credit cards payments are processed through industry standard secure servers.
How and when will my order ship? TOP
Most items ship within 48 hours. (Not including weekends or federal holidays). We ship using USPS standard or USPS priority mail.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
At this time we only ship within the USA.
What is your return policy? TOP
Non personalized items may be returned within 10 days of the day you receive the order. Merchandise must be in original brand new condition, including intact tags and packaging, without the smell of smoke and free of pet hair.
Upon receipt, if any of these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued and item will be returned to sender postage due. Please email us at info@candyshopkids.com for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will be refused at the warehouse.
A complete refund will be issued (excluding shipping charges). Please allow 30 days for processing of your credit.
